Developed in collaboration with Peter "Danish Pete" Honoré, The Deputy Lunchbox Head is a triumph of "plug and play" simplicity designed to cover the most coveted British tones of the last century. This 25-watt, single-channel powerhouse captures the soulful, chimey cleans of the '60s and seamlessly transitions into the biting, harmonic-rich gain of classic '70s rock. Built around a straightforward master volume circuit, it invites players to control their dynamics directly from the guitar, offering a tactile and responsive playing experience that feels right at home on any stage or studio session.

At the heart of The Deputy's unique voice is its tube complement, featuring three 12AX7 preamp tubes and a pair of EL86 power tubes. The choice of EL86s is significant; they provide the amp with a distinctive, warm compression and a spongey, dynamic feel that differs slightly from the more common EL84, allowing for smoother saturation and ample clean headroom. This tube configuration, combined with a versatile 3-position Voice switch, allows you to tailor the gain structure from low-gain open chords to a focused, mid-boosted lead tone with up to +6dB of additional gain.

Housed in Victory’s signature rugged steel chassis, this "lunchbox" format head is built for the road without sacrificing tone for portability. It features a lush onboard digital reverb that sits perfectly between a plate and hall sound, adding modern ambience to your vintage-inspired riffs.
