From the mind of a luthier whose creations have been in the hands of music's most legendary session players, the James Tyler JTG M1 brings boutique-level craftsmanship and tone to a new audience. The foundation of this guitar's tone starts with a resonant 2-piece Okoume body capped with a striking 2-piece hard maple top. This classic tonewood combination provides a warm, rich low end with sparkling, articulate highs, making it an incredibly versatile platform.
The magic continues with the custom-wound JTG pickups. The JTG Retro humbucker in the neck position delivers a creamy, PAF-style voice with a classic feel, perfect for those soulful lead lines and warm, clean tones. In the bridge, the JTG Super humbucker is ready to unleash a fiery, high-gain punch with plenty of midrange bite and muscular low-end, excelling in everything from gritty rock to modern high-gain styles.
