Drawing inspiration from their innovative Parallel Universe series, the Fender Custom Shop introduces a bold reimagining of classic design with the Limited Edition '60 Tele®-Jazzmaster® Bigsby® Relic®. Available at Palen Music Center, this instrument masterfully blends the iconic twang of a Telecaster with the rich, full-bodied single-coil dynamics of a Jazzmaster. The lightweight two-piece select ash body, finished in a gorgeous Relic® lacquer, offers natural resonance and aplayed-in feel that will continue to develop its character over time. The quartersawn 2A flame maple neck, shaped to a comfortable '60s Oval "C" profile and topped with a flat-laminated 3A rosewood fingerboard, provides an exceptional playing experience. This limited-edition guitar is equipped with a unique pickup combination: a Custom Shop Hand-Wound '50-'51 Blackguard bridge pickup for classic Tele bite and a Custom Shop Hand-Wound Flat Magnet Jazzmaster neck pickup for smooth, versatile tones. The addition of a Bigsby® B5 Vibrato Tailpiece with an RSD J-bridge allows for expressive pitch bending, making this guitar a truly unique and inspiring instrument for any player.
