The Gibson Les Paul Studio has long been the go-to choice for players who want the legendary Les Paul experience without the decorative "frills." This refreshed model takes that "everything you need, nothing you don't" philosophy to the next level. Featuring a classic mahogany body paired with a plain maple top, it delivers the foundational thick, sustaining tone that icons like Jimmy Page and Slash used to define rock and roll. The Cherry Sunburst finish glows with a timeless nitrocellulose lacquer, ensuring this guitar will only look and sound better as it ages with you.
The big update here is under the hood. We’ve moved to a pair of Burstbucker Pro humbuckers, which take that vintage PAF (Patent Applied For) DNA and give it a modern, punchy edge. These pickups use Alnico 5 magnets for a bit more "bite" and clarity, making them perfect for cutting through a dense mix. Plus, with push-pull volume pots for coil-tapping, you can instantly shift from a roaring humbucker growl to the crisp, glassy chime of a single-coil.
