At Palen Music Center, we are excited to present the Victory The Deputy, a compact yet powerful amplifier designed to deliver an incredible range of vintage-inspired tones. This all-valve amplifier is the result of a collaboration aimed at creating a simple, versatile, and robust amp that truly embodies "plug and play" convenience. The tone of The Deputy is deeply rooted in classic British circuits of the 60s and 70s, effortlessly transitioning from sparkling cleans to rich, harmonically complex classic rock crunch with just a twist of the gain knob. Its sturdy construction ensures it's ready for any stage or studio.

The Deputy features a single channel design, but don't let that fool you – its versatility comes from its intuitive controls, including a three-position voice switch and a bright switch, allowing for extensive tonal shaping. The tube complement of 3 x 12AX7 preamp tubes and 2 x EL86 (or EL84) power tubes is key to its authentic vintage character, providing a warm, responsive feel with a dynamic breakup that is incredibly musical. The EL86 tubes, in particular, offer a distinct flavor, similar to EL84s but with their own unique sonic signature.
