Everything you need to know about your rental as we head into summer break.

Keep playing!

The best thing they can do for their musical journey is to continue practicing over the summer break. Keeping their instrument at home ensures they don't lose the progress they've made this year.

If their instrument needs a tune-up or cleaning after a busy school year, drop it by any Palen Music Center location. If you have our maintenance plan, adjustments and repairs are fully covered!

Summer is the perfect time for a student to learn new music from hit songs to movie soundtracks! Palen Music Center carries a massive selection of print music at affordable prices.

You can browse our print music section by visiting any of our store locations, or message our staff for inspiration. They are always happy to recommend books appropriate for your student's level.

Private lessons are the absolute best way to improve quickly and stay motivated over the summer break. Many of our Palen Music Center locations offer lessons!

If your student has definitively decided not to continue in band or orchestra next year, our rental agreements are flexible month-to-month plans.

To return your instrument: Contact us about ending your rental then bring the instrument directly to any Palen Music Center location.

To Be Clear: If you want to end your rental, you must contact Palen Music Center. Your rental remains active until we receive your instrument at our location. Do not leave your instrument at school or with your band or orchestra director unless you have arranged to do so with Palen Music Center. You will continue to be charged until the instrument is checked in at Palen Music Center.
