If your school is interested in doing a lease-purchase, PMC works with a company called BGE. The equipment would be purchased from PMC, BGE pays us up front, and then the school makes annual payments to BGE. As an example, if the school was purchasing $25,000 of equipment over a four-year span, the factor would be .3030 and the annual payment would be $7,575 ($25,000 x .3030). The total of the payments would be $30,300 which means the school would have paid an additional $5,300 to BGE for the benefit of the financing.

Payments are annual with the first payment due when the equipment is delivered and accepted. Subsequent payments are due on the annual anniversary date.
