We’re looking for a Part-Time (20-30 hours per week) Accounts Payable Specialist to be the steady rhythm section of our accounting team.

You know that a misplaced decimal point is like a flat note in a concerto—it matters. If you’re the kind of person who finds harmony in an organized spreadsheet and satisfaction in a perfectly reconciled invoice, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

The Gig:

• Keep the Tempo: Accurately enter invoices and verify documentation so our partners stay happy.
• Master the Archives: Organize digital files with the precision of a record collection.
• Stay Connected: Be a clear, professional voice for our vendors and stores via email and phone.
• Collaborate: Jump in on Accounts Receivable or special projects when the team needs a hand.
