Guaranteed Buyback Program

We are proud to offer a Guaranteed Buyback Program for specific models purchased outright through PalenMusic.com. If a customer wishes to return an instrument that was paid in full, PalenMusic.com will refund the pre-taxed amount of purchase, minus $30 per each month from the date of purchase. Upon return, the instrument will be inspected and necessary repair costs will also be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. 

If the customer plans on using the Guaranteed Buyback Program, then financing through PalenMusic.com or its affiliate banks (Affirm, Synchrony) will not be permitted.
