The Ludwig Throw-Off and Butt Plate Pack comes with designs for drum hardware that are beefier than Ludwig's more vintage hardware, and it retrofits to most Ludwig drums thanks to extra hole spacings and screws to be able to fit on different drums.

The longer throw-off rod makes it easier to swap your snares on and off, and the combination of the two pieces of hardware is designed to give your drum a fresh feel and keep your instrument sturdy over time.
