Created as deluxe version of the strat and introduced in 1958, the Jazzmaster combined refined looks with a warm, brilliant voice and a unique tremolo system. It's changed a fair bit over the years. However, the 1959 is still considered to be the standard by which all other Jazzmasters are judged. This one keeps all the perks of the original while adding a few twists that modern players have asked for.
