The Starplayer TV is an electric guitar with a semi-hollow body, two pickups, and 22 frets. It has a curved top and back, as well as curved sides, and a scale length of 647mm.
With its distinctively curved spruce top and beautifully flamed maple arched back, the TV model has earned a reputation as one of the finest guitars worldwide. For powerful leads and heavy riffs, Duesenberg combined their own classically wound Grand Vintage Humbucker with the open Domino P90, which provides a bright and smooth tone for chords and licks. In the middle position, both pickups are wired in a special way that splits certain low-end frequencies from the humbucker signal, resulting in a versatile and open range of sounds.
