We Care!

At Palen Music Center, we care!  We have updated our cleaning processes at all of our stores so that you can be confident when you visit.  We want your experience at Palen Music Center to be the same as we try to provide every time you come in: a friendly, fun and SAFE environment.

We have teamed up with our good friends at Aire Master of America to provide complimentary hand sanitizer to all of our employees and customers to use before you play an instrument.  We are using hospital disinfectant daily on all of our high-touch areas at all of our stores.  We are cleaning all of our counter areas with disinfectant daily and have increased our mopping schedules.  As always, all Palen Music Center employees are required to wash their hands after using the restroom facilities.
