Repair Feature: Fionna Pillow

Born and raised in the greater St. Louis area, Fionna moved to Kansas City to study euphonium and trombone performance at William Jewell College in 2017. She began her career in instrument repair as an apprentice in 2019 at Heritage Music Repair in Kansas City. Following her summer job as a repair assistant at Palen Music Center, she began working as a full-time brass technician in August of 2020. Fionna is known around the shop for having a jovial attitude and for maintaining a high standard for her quality of work. In her free time, she loves studying history, painting, crochet, and worshipping her kitten, Squeek.
