You have known Palen Music Center as a quality source for music gear, repair, lessons, and rentals, and now we are very happy to have you as an online customer. With our online access, you will be able to set up a web account which will link to your store account. Once your setup is complete, you will be able to shop online, view your customer history, reprint invoices, and make payments for lessons and repair. It is just another way to make doing business with PMC easy and convenient.

First, you will need to set up your web account:

1. Click "MY ACCOUNT" on the right side of the blue toolbar.
2. Choose "CREATE NEW WEB ACCOUNT"
3. Complete the requested information.

Once your web account has been established, you will need to link your web account to your store account by following the steps below:

1. Click "MY ACCOUNT" on the right side of the blue toolbar.
2. Choose "LINK WEB AND STORE ACCOUNT"
3. Complete the requested information.

Once the link request has been submitted, please wait for up to 48 hours for the online account to be matched to your store account. Once the link has been created, you will be able to have full access to the history of your store accounts from the comfort of your Internet connection.

Even while you wait for the link to be established, you may use your newly created web account to shop, browse, and purchase items on the website.
