Welcome Back to the Quick Note
This marks the fourth year of the Palen Music Center Quick Note. Our mission is to bring you helpful suggestions from music educators across our ever-expanding coverage area. If you have any suggestions for articles, or wish to contribute something, we would love to include your content. Please send suggestions or article content to Eric Matzat and we will publish it in an upcoming edition. Thank you for your continued support!
You can check out a whole catalog of over 100 articles (searchable by keyword) in our Quick Note catalog.
Palen Music Center Unveils New Website
On July 1st, Palen Music Center unveiled the new PMC website, featuring a host of new features. Directors, parents, students, and customers can set up an account, view account history, reprint invoices, view Quick Note articles, contact one of our six stores, and learn about the employees that set PMC apart from the competition.
The website has a very easy Online Rental Portal for parents to rent instruments for their children from the comfort of their own home.
Do you have students who need reeds or mouthpieces? Please send them to the website!
Customers can select items at an already discounted price and place them into their online shopping cart. When they are checking out, they can enter the coupon code "party" for an additional discount on selected accessories. They can also choose from free in-store pickup, free school delivery, or they can pay to have the items shipped directly to their home. It's simple, secure, and convenient.
All directors have a login ID to gain access to reprint invoices and check account history. If you are unsure of your login, please ask your PMC road representative.
Stockton Black Walnut Parade
Stockton's Black Walnut Festival Parade will be held on Saturday, September 27 at 2 p.m. Bands are judged within MSHSAA classes and awards are also presented to outstanding band, drum major and color guard over all classes. The parade is a straight one-mile route from the old high school campus (soon to be the middle school campus) to the city park.
If you have any events that you would like us to publicize in the Quick Note, just let us know. We're happy to help!
Can we assist you with
anything? Please contact your local Palen Music Center school road
representative for all of your music education needs.
